With over 20 years of experience in a variety of fields, including seven years as an officer in the U.S. Navy's submarine community, an MBA from the University of Texas, and five years as an entrepreneur in insect agriculture, Raja brings a strong background in engineering, analytics, operations, and project management. As an experienced leader, he has a proven track record of excellence in managing complex projects and leading teams to success. His diverse expertise is complemented by a commitment to innovation and strategic problem-solving.

Beau Anable | Cofounder
Beau is a combat-proven leader, special operations veteran, and former law enforcement officer with a distinguished track record in high-stakes environments. He has successfully led high-performing teams in diverse settings, from combat operations to innovative startup ventures. With expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making, he consistently delivers impactful results. After his military career, Beau completed his MBA at the University of Washington, further strengthening his ability to bridge operational experience with business strategy.

Richard “Rick” Wallace, P.E. | Chief Engineer
Rick brings over 45 years of hands-on experience as a Licensed Mechanical Engineer, Mechanic, and General Contractor. He earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from St. Martin’s University in 1997 and obtained his Professional Engineering license in 2001. With more than two decades of expertise in custom equipment engineering, system integration, project and team management, system installation and startup, and troubleshooting, Rick has worked on high-profile projects for companies like Weyerhaeuser and Boeing. His specialty engineering work includes designing the support wheels and drive system for the Space Needle’s rotating floor renovation, developing custom tram systems on Lake Washington and Puget Sound, and redesigning the wave generator at the Seattle Aquarium. Rick has a proven ability to define project scope clearly and deliver safe, reliable, and environmentally friendly custom systems tailored to specific project needs.

Megan Wallace | Business Development
Megan Wallace grew up on an apple farm in Yakima, Washington, where her connection to the land began. Her writing career started during Superfund cleanup efforts in Tacoma, where she advocated for clean water and environmental health through community outreach, education, and fundraising. Megan has since written extensively across the environmental, education, and small business sectors, holding roles such as Outreach Coordinator, College Fundraiser, and Chamber of Commerce VP. She has created donor communications, funding proposals, and public articles to elevate community voices. Megan also spent six years teaching writing and math to homeschoolers with Classical Conversations. Her lifelong dedication to environmental stewardship and rural communities continues to shape her work.
